Barely recovered, Pakistan is once again submerged in suffering.&nbsp;Entire villages swept away in&nbsp;Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, bridges shattered in&nbsp;Gilgit-Baltistan, and communities buried under landslides in&nbsp;Azad Kashmir.
